ARRIVAL TIME
To ensure our clinic runs efficiently and your treatment starts on time, we request that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment on your first visit to the clinic to fill out required paperwork and relax with a refreshment. On the rare occasion that we run behind, we will endeavour to call or text you to keep you informed.
DEPOSITS
For all appointments that have treatments valued at $100 and over will require a $50 deposit at the time of booking.
Gift Vouchers are without a doubt the best thing you can buy someone! We love spoiling someone you have gifted and are grateful to you for supporting our business. All vouchers are valid for 3 years and will be made out for a dollar amount only. You can purchase via our website here or we can hand write and beautifully present one for you in-clinic.

We know sometimes expenses add up and we want to encourage you to achieve healthy skin and reach your goals. Please chat to us about payment plan options as we want to help you in any way possible.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
We respect your time and we hope you can understand we have dedicated our time for your appointment. Upon booking your treatment with us you are bound to our booking policy. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel, reschedule or alter your appointment services with us. We understand that some circumstances are out of your control however, when cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, we will need to apply a cancellation fee of $50 on treatments to the value of, or over $100. Where possible, you may wish to send someone in your place to take the appointment as it is hard to fill the allotted time last minute.
PARKING
Peregian Beach is becoming a gorgeous beachside hub that is bustling! For this reason, it may be a little tricky to find a park, so please allow plenty of time. We suggest parking at the car park on Rufous Street off David Low Way or near the community centre as these do not have any time restrictions. From there, we are only a short stroll away.
